Continue from last month, invited Food Creative Group "OCATTE" (Okutte) from Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, to organize the last workshop this year! We cook "Kabura-sushi", a Happy New Year's cuisine of Hokuriku Kanazawa, luxuriously utilizing sweet sake of the popular "Ishiguro Kojyo store" every year, in accordance with the New Year "We will"!
This time with a special container for preparation! In addition, we will charge the contents of Kabura sushi "鰤" or "mackerel" as you prefer.

① If you choose 鰤 (ブ リ) is ¥ 6,000 -② If you choose mackerel (mackerel) ¥ 5,000 -
