In 1932, the modern architecture "Yasuda Bank Hakodate Branch" was born at the foot of Hachimanzaka, facing Hakodate Port and Mt. Hakodate. Over time, this building, which has changed its name to "Fuji Bank" and "HOTEL NEW HAKODATE" and has been loved by the people of the city, will be reborn as "HakoBA Hakodate" together with the building next door while retaining its vestiges.
