Author Profile
He studied art and design in London for five years, completing the Foundation course at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, and the Graphic Design and Communication department at Chelsea College of Arts.
The mandala works in the character series "Wonky Tunes" were born out of a process of visualizing and treating the fear I felt at the time, which suddenly began to appear after a shock while I was studying abroad in London, and which resembled lines and patterns spreading across an entire wall.
By connecting the curved lines of the golden ratio according to certain rules, they become character parts, and when viewed up close they appear to be part of a character, and when viewed from a distance, the spiral connected by the golden ratio becomes a Fibonacci structure, which can also be seen in the spiral structure of plants (clearly seen in the spiral structure of pine cones and sunflower seeds) and the spiral structure of the DNA of living organisms such as humans.

Exhibition Statement
He incorporates the golden ratio, vortex structures, fractals, and other elements found in nature into his work, expressing his respect and awe for life, nature, and the universe. He emphasizes the visual effects of undulations, colors, lines, and proportions, and draws characters and symbols that flow intuitively.
The artist abstracts the curved structures found in organic plants and the natural world, and expresses their seductive symbolism.
He incorporates these curved structures into his work as characters and creatures that resemble those found in nature.
Furthermore, by utilizing the similarity between the curves of nature and the curves of the characters, the work reproduces the "fractal structure" - self-similarity (parts and the whole have similar shapes) which is seen as a principle of natural law - in the form of characters. The facial expressions and parts of the characters become part of the other characters and they share parts. By the viewer freely connecting the lines in their mind, new creatures will emerge. When viewed up close, the "individual" existence of each character appears, but by gradually pulling away to capture the whole, new individuals are incorporated into the large spiral structure of the whole, expressing a structure in which they are connected together.
The raw libido that exudes from these curves is also intended to appeal to the viewer's subconscious.
This exhibition, "MIND GARDEN," expresses the mathematical beauty of the lines and structures found in the seemingly irregular and chaotic world of nature, symbolically alluding to the invisible, latent world within with its vitality and eros, evoking ideas that are likened to gazing at a blooming garden.

GALLERY ROOM ・ A
A commercial gallery that introduces a variety of artists who are active in Japan and overseas, regardless of age or genre, and creates a place (ROOM) for artists to present themselves. The art platform "ArtSticker" will plan and operate the event, and will hold special exhibitions on a regular basis. A place where you can experience "art" in a variety of interpretations, not only through solo exhibitions and work sales at the gallery, but also through exhibition planning in hotel rooms, workshops that take advantage of local characteristics, accommodation programs, talk events, etc. I will continue to do so.
