[Postponed (date undecided)] "Nanto Night"

"Seimonsei" liquor is prepared with the rich underflow water of "Ioyama", which stands between Kanazawa City and Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, and rises between Kanazawa City and Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture.
OCATTE's representative, food curator Yuko Nakagawa will prepare seasonal original cuisine that matches the sake.
Mr. Nakagawa's new perspective can be used to make delicious and beautiful local food from a long time ago.
On the day, Masato Yamada, director of Seisei Sake Brewery, who brews "Seisei", will be invited as a guest speaker, and you can also enjoy talking about sake brewing.

・ Cooking potatoes (potatoes cooked sweet and spicy)
-Kabazushi (with mackerel and yellowtail sandwiched between kabura and pickled in koji)
・ Yubesu (Eggs on agar, seasoned with soy sauce or sugar and hardened)
・ Kayakaku Maruyama (with plenty of ingredients)
・ Yoshigoshi (boiled radish leaves, finely chopped, and served with miso)
In addition, kelp rice balls, boiled, game etc.
